&lt;P&gt;If you have concerns about an email addresses status that was returned by BriteVerify, I would email Support as &lt;A href="mailto:support@validity.com" target="_blank"&gt;support@validity.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or use this link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.validity.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_US" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.validity.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either option will generate a case with them.&amp;nbsp; I would suggest providing the information that you have proving it is valid.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>How can I tell BriteVerify that an email is valid?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had instances where BriteVerify will flag an email as invalid, however the email is in fact valid.&amp;nbsp; Is there anyway to report this back to BriteVerify to get updated in your database or how should this be handled?&amp;nbsp; Can it be handled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
