How to insert contact into Salesforce Account?

I have a file with matched account number and contact. Is there a function I can run to insert the contacts on to the matching account? I tried "Import" function to Upsert, didn't work. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @RebeccaHuang ,

You should be able to do this in Import. You can either try to match on existing records first to reduce on duplictes, or you can do a straight Insert. You have to be sure to map the Account IDs in your file with the Account IDs in your Salesforce.

What happened when you tried to do this in DemandTools V (DTV)'s Import module?
