&lt;P&gt;When you get a list of emails that follow the format &lt;A href="mailto:firstname.lastname@company.com" target="_blank"&gt;firstname.lastname@company.com&lt;/A&gt;, use the Modify module and a couple of quick formulas to parse the first name and last name into their own fields in your CRM.
