Activities are made up of Tasks &amp; Events. We can look up in hiearchy with Salesforce but for the purpose of segmenting, we aren't able to look across objects &amp; events simultaneously as they live on the same relationship level. <BR /><BR />Ultimately, that means we'll need to pull each object (Tasks &amp; Events) independent of one another. You can pull in look-up fields for any object up to five levels of hiearchy above by scolling to the bottom of the fields to show on preview list. In the situation that they are archived, simple fix! I'm stumped as to what "object to export" to choose. If I go directly to Tasks I don't get enough records. I suspect this is do to recors being archived but I have not clue how do get around it.
