We have customers all over the world and many of them have special characters in names, adresses etc. Ie ÄÅÆ etc. When i import them they turn out corrupted in the preview and in the final import to SF. Example "Göteborg" becomes "Göteborg". How can i maintain my special characters? Replacing them with english characters is not an option, we need to spell these names correctly.

Hey @egilgras - We were unable to replicate this issue at first but upon further research and testing, I believe we likely found the issue here. This appears to be an issue with Salesforce, if someone uploads a .CSV with special foreign language characters, its need to be in a CSV UTF-8 format for Salesforce to be able to import properly.
