Connect to Salesforce Sandbox error

Hello,

When I try to log in DemandTools from my Salesforce Sandbox, it says the username and password are wrong. I can login through Salesforce webpage, but when I connect a new CRM through DemandTools, it gives me the error. I use DemandTools 5.45.1 version. Can anyone help? I am stuck in the middle of my project.

Hello @ppzzyytt. When you initiate the log in process from DemandTools, are you selecting the Salesforce Sandbox option rather than the regular Salesforce option?

Thanks for the reply @Murphybp79 I fixed the problem today, it's a setup issue for Salesforce, not on the DemandTools side.

My team member fixed the issue, if you want to open a ticket with SF.
