@Sweta - Good question. This is fairly straight forward in Reassign but as DemandTools works via API Calls, you can't have it reference a previous rotation/assignment.

What DemandTools can do - Identify a subset of all new records at a given time or at a scheduled cadence and evenly distribute them between both reps.

What DemandTools can NOT do - Regulary look for new Leads and rotate back and forth between rep assignments as they come into the system.

Let me know if you need any additional clarification. Thanks!

Hello Team,

For one of our countries, we currently have two BDRs assigned. We would like all new records to be distributed evenly between BDR1 and BDR2.

Specifically, if the first lead is assigned to BDR1, the next lead should go to BDR2, followed by BDR1 again, and so on in a round-robin manner.

Could you please advise on how we can implement this?

Thank you.

Sweta

Thank you for the details.

just one more question, to keep or maintain the assignment for past record, if we have a counter field added in the user's profile in salesforce, do you think it will be possible.....

let me know if we can have quick call, so that I can show you what exactly we have in users profile for alignment in salesforce?

Thanks,

Sweta
