If that is not the case, and you are following all the <A href="https://knowledge.validity.com/hc/en-us/articles/10067550996763-Run-History" target="_self">parameters listed here</A>, I would highly suggest opening a request with our support team by <A href="https://mycommunity.validity.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/SupportPage-CreateNewTicket-v2?=undefined&amp;formid=263508" target="_self">filling out this form</A>.
