    <description>&lt;P&gt;Another solution from DemandTools support for those who get the blank window when attempting to use G-SSO is the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Open you Demandtools, then open a chrome window and paste this url localhost:8080. It should load Demandtools on the browser, and let you authenticate. Once you successfully login to to your salesforce, go back to the Demandtools application, click Application&amp;gt;Home.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just thought I would post this to help anyone having this issue since we spent a few days trying to find a solution.&amp;nbsp; The issue we saw was that a few of our team members tried logging into the Demand Tools application with their validity account.&amp;nbsp; It would sign in like everything was ok, but then stay as a white screen.&amp;nbsp; When looking at the error logs, the issue showed:&amp;nbsp;[error] Loading main window failed: Error: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED&amp;nbsp; (-105)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see this issue, then this fixed our problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to the javaSettings file located at C:\Users\USERNAME\DemandToolsConfig and add the additional argument&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"-Dvalidity.localhost-dns=&lt;A href="https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2F127.0.0.1%2F&amp;amp;data=05%7C01%7Ceric.grieser%40dllgroup.com%7C84cbaf0c333d444e9bd008db4112014b%7C07751f8b961749d5902485f034f400ec%7C0%7C0%7C638175317806479747%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;amp;sdata=9r7T21Eui2Jj2n5dG%2FkjGkEIip5L4Cpxo%2FTY4R1Ma9E%3D&amp;amp;reserved=0" target="_blank"&gt;http://127.0.0.1&lt;/A&gt;" under the existing argument.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After adding the above argument, We were able login to Demand Tool and access the sandbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reading, have a great day! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
