Match Dates in different formats

Is there any way to match on dates that are different formats? For example, I have a list of contacts that contains the persons name and birthdate. The birthdate on the list is a numeric format (09/06/2023). In Salesforce, the date is written out (06 Sept 2023). I tried using the "Date" comparison type, but Demand Tools won't find the match. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Is the field displaying 06 Sept 2023 a date field, formula field, or open text?

Hi @AnthonyValidity It is set as a date field in Salesforce.

Hi @droyer,

Other customers may still post here, but as far as I understand it, the date fields in Salesforce (no matter how they display) are the same on the backend and so I would expect them to match.

Do you mind opening a ticket with Support by clicking here? I think it would be good for them to take a look with you.
