Errors when merging records

We continue to have errors when attempting to merge records. Anyone esle experiencing these issues? Any luck fixing it? Support is saying it is with our Firewall/Network, but we have not been able to identify any issues.

This is the error:

"I/O error on GET request for "https://vtp-configuration-service.validity.com/api/v2/accounts/239718/environments/00Dxxxxxxxxxxxxx/master_rules": Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream; nested exception is java.io.EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream"

@jwoods I have the same issue. Well, not that specific error message. It's been going on for almost 2 weeks. The Validity support team said they are working on it. I still haven't received a proper fix for my issue.

Yes, I do have issue with merging records with DTV but the error message is different.
