You can match across up to five fields when using <A href="https://knowledge.validity.com/hc/en-us/articles/7989699154587-Cross-Field-Matching" target="_self">cross-field matching</A>. So while you may only be interested in looking for matches in one alternative column in each instance, putting all four of your desired search fields in the same search query should return the results you are looking for.
