Exactly one month ago, our team had the pleasure of attending Salesforce World Tour London 2025 to learn the future of Salesforce, powered by AI.  Key highlights from the event included innovations like Data Cloud, Einstein Copilot Studio, and of course, Agentforce.

Throughout the day, I spoke with a number of our customers, and one topic kept coming up: “What’s the key foundation for success with AI?”  The answer is - Data Quality.
 
AI tools are only as powerful as the data they rely on. If your data is incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, or outdated, AI can produce inaccurate insights, automate the wrong actions, or worse, damage customer trust. But when your CRM data is clean, connected, and trustworthy, Salesforce AI can deliver personalized experiences at scale and redict outcomes based on reliable customer intelligence.
 
Before switching on any AI functionality, it’s worth doing a quick data health check.
  • Are customer records accurate and up to date?
  • Are duplicates under control?
  • Are critical fields (like industry, Billing Country, Record ID) complete and standardized?
  • Are you syncing trusted data from connected systems?
