The Validity + Litmus merger is a big move in the email marketing space. Long-term, I see huge potential: combining best-in-class features from both platforms could deliver a stronger product.
Short-term, though, it’s a challenge. From January, we’ll need to work across two platforms as some Everest functionality is being retired, which impacts workflow efficiency.
Pricing is another concern. The proposed structure feels geared toward large enterprises, leaving SMEs with limited value. I’ve raised these points with my account manager, but I’d love to hear your perspective:
