How to merge duplicate person accounts in Education Cloud with DemandTools V Release

What do you do if you get duplicate person accounts in Salesforce Education Cloud? Normally, Salesforce restricts merges if match groups contain the ContactProfile object, which is what is used here. But if you decouple the ContactProfile object from the person account, you can use a two-step process to merge the accounts. Read on to learn how.
