401 unauthorized error

Hi,I'm trying to test emaily only end point {{base_url}}/api/public/v1/fullverify, i gave base url and my server side api key as ApiKey: {{api_key}} , still getting 401 unauthorized error, any inputs please,high priority

How can I tell BriteVerify that an email is valid?

We have had instances where BriteVerify will flag an email as invalid, however the email is in fact valid.  Is there anyway to report this back to BriteVerify to get updated in your database or how should this be handled?  Can it be handled?
