Did you know you can use DemandTools to pull first and last names out of email addresses?
When you get a list of emails that follow the format firstname.lastname@company.com, use the Modify module and a couple of quick formulas to parse the first name and last name into their own fields in your CRM. You can even automatically propercase them if they’re lowercase. Read on to learn how.
