Earlier today, Validity made important updates to our Seed List. With the new requirements that Gmail and Yahoo introduced around email authentication, unsubscribing, and complaint rates, our seed list updates ensure our users are receiving the Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL inboxes.
The updated seeds are now available in your Everest account.
- If you are a customer using Salesforce Marketing Cloud auto-seeding, you do not need to take any action.
- All other customers, please take a few minutes to delete your current seed list and download the new list as soon as possible for your account and all child accounts. To do so, navigate to the ‘Manage Seed List’ page. Click here for step-by-step instructions. (API users: You can download the new seed list via the API, but you will still need to navigate to the 'Manage Seed List' page to trigger the change.)
