Permanent Reload Loop

When logging into Brite Verify - after entering my credentials - I get stuck in an endless refresh loop.  I have tried deleting browsing data and cookies.  I have tried every browser.  I have tried logging in through recommended websites.  I am unable to access Brite Verify.
