I am using modify to blank a number of fields in SFDC, one of them is a date field that I need to balnk. SFDC rukes mean that I am not able to blank this field, is there any way into fooling the system into thinking that a date is now blank? for example using 01/01/00?
You can use a placeholder date but if Salesforce requires there to be a date in the field there's no way around it that I'm aware of. You would just use Modify to add the fake date into that field using the Specified Value option. Also, sorry for the late reply!
