I did an import of @ 150 records and most when in to Salesforce. However 31 of them errored with the message of Required fields are missing: [LastName]. All 31 rows have Last Name field and I've checked the .xlsx file and there are no extra spaces in that column. Has anyone else had this issue when doing an import?
Hey @lcmonroe - That's a weird one. We'd definitly want our support team to take a look at it. One trick that can often help in these sort of situations is to use UTF-8 encoding for files. It is the preferred method for Salesforce and can often resolves unforseen formatting issues.
