I feel like I remember reading something about uploading Account Plans, but I am unable to see the Account Plan object in either DemandTools or Dataloader.io
in order to upload Account Plans. Am I missing something? I do have object permissions for Account Plans...

Hey @jadkinsRNL - Our team only manages the DemandTools product. The best way to check if an object is compatible with DemandTools is to hop into any module and see if you are able to select it from the drop down. Based off the response you received from Salesforce, it sounds like the object is not currently API enabled. Since DemandTools communicates with Salesforce via API calls, that would certainly cause the limitation.

AgentForce Agent in Support says, "Account Plan object in Dataloader.io or DemandTools. This issue occurs because the AccountPlan entity is not API accessible, which means it can't be used in these tools." When asked when it would be available or if possible to make it API accessible AgentForce Agent said "The AccountPlan entity is a newly introduced standard object in API version 62.0 and later. Currently, it is not accessible in DataMapper due to API accessibility restrictions. There is no available workaround to access this entity within DataMapper without encountering issues.
To access the AccountPlan entity within DataMapper, it is recommended to wait for the next OmniStudio Managed Major release, which is scheduled for January-February (Safe Harbour)."
