Hello @ayush_aggarwal! Thanks for stopping by! I'm going to go ahead and include information on two different likely scenarios here - one where your seeds are going to spam, and one where there is an indication that your live sends are going to spam:

1) If just your seeds are going to spam, this may be due to the fact that our seeds (by design) do not engage with mail. Basically, when you're seeing inbox placement at our seeds, you are seeing what your inbox placement would be if engagement was never a factor in mailbox provider filtering. You may ask - why is this helpful since my subscribers do engage? It's helpful because it's showing you what inbox placement would be for a brand new subscriber, which is important to know if you're trying to grow your business. It's also helpful because it can tell you if there are other reputation factors that you may need to address at specific providers.

2) If your live sends are going to spam, then both engagement and reputation are almost certainly playing a factor. We have a great article on best sending practices at Microsoft that you can view here: https://knowledge.validity.com/hc/en-us/articles/12996906147099-Microsoft-Office-365-best-practices-...
To call out a few key points, ensuring that you have an engagement protocol in place, developing relevant content, and ensuring that you are only marketing to people who have opted in to your emails are really great places to start. This will help make sure that the people who are getting your email do engage with it, which will start helping your inbox placement overall.

Please let us know if we can provide any additional information!
