Open Rate and Click Rates we are seeing a decline since April 2024 - HELP

Hello community,  we are seeing a decline in open rates and click rates since April 2024. We were already in compliance with Gamil & Yahoo email policies. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

• Were there any changes to your program around that time?
• Have your volumes remained consistent?
• Do you notice this for a specific mailbox provider?
• Have your conversion rates been impacted? 
• Do you continue to see a decline, or has it leveled off since April? 
• What were your average open rates prior to April and what are they now?
