User account in Winner Rules

I want to create a Winner Rule in Dedupe for accounts with Community Login user accounts associated with them. Is there a way to do this in DemandTools?

Thank you, @Pugs_Validity ! I was able to locate the Portal User field and use that to create a new Winner Rule. Have a great week!
