Unable to advance to the preview stage

I set up some selection conditions to narrow down the number of records that are being searched in my SF instance. One condition was set on the contact object and one condition was set on the account object. However, when I advance screens the "Preview" button is greyed out and I have no clue why. What was the solution here? I am having the same issue? The issue is marked resolved but there is no posted resolution.

Hey @LRjchess1 - There are several potential causes for this. The most common reason is that not all of the match step fields are mapped, this can commonly happen if you are switching a lot between scenarios.
