Accessing Log files

JeanM
Explorer

Instructions state to access log files go to Help-troubleshooting-app logs. It also states that the logs are stored on my PC but I can't find the path AppData - Roaming - Validity Demand Tools - Logs.

Can someone possibly point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Hi @JeanM, the AppData folder is hidden by default to avoid unnecessary tampering to important app files, however it can be located by clicking the Windows search bar and entering "%AppData%". This will allow you to view the AppData folder & then navigate to the DemandTools logs. Just be sure not to delete or move any files from this folder as it could potentially harm your applications.

I hope this helps!
