How to save secondary contact details from duplicate records
As you dedupe the records in your CRM, you may find contact details on your duplicates that you want to keep. For example, you may not be sure which phone number is best for a contact, so youโd like to keep both the number on the winning record and the number on the duplicate (losing) record.
With DemandTools, you can copy the number from the duplicate record over to the winning record and keep both. Read on to learn how.
