Does Demand Tools V have a way to help me to identify all of the files that I have in my Salesforce org that have identical names? And also near-identical names? (not objects such as accounts, cases, and contacts - I'm only trying to identify FILES with duplicate names)
Hey Rick - When you say Files, are these attachments on Accounts? You could theoretically do an Update within Insert to identify matches. If you wouldn't mind sending us an email to DemandToolsCOE@validity.com, it would be best for a member of our team to meet with you to understand your process and end goal.
