This week, Iโd love to spotlight one of my favourite features in DemandTools Tune, a powerful, spreadsheet-style interface that makes visualising and fixing data issues easier than ever. No coding required, you can build your own queries from any Salesforce standard or custom object, review and edit the fields directly in the grid.
Just yesterday, a customer shared how much she depends on Tune to keep contact records current, especially when business contacts move to a new company. Instead of navigating multiple Salesforce tabs, she simply updates the company name right in the grid. Itโs fast, convenient, and gives her more time to focus on higher-value tasks.
Tune also supports both built-in and custom formulas for mass cleaning and standardising data. For instance, you can quickly convert โUSโ to โUnited Statesโ to ensure country names stay consistent across records.
Another great tip: group column headers to quickly analyze your data, like counting how many contact records are tied to each city in the UK.
