I've done many Import > Updates and, I guess it's my imagination that the process has changed. I wanted to update an Account > Industry picklist. I uploaded a file with Account Name and Industry (2000 records), mapped records (allways update Industry) chose Update to Account object. Instead of going straight to Preview, the next step was Match Records which I thought I'd just done. I chose Account ID > Exact, Preview, "Account Import" results were zero (0). After this, I Updated based on Account Name, went straight to Preview, everything looked right, then I imported.
Help is very appreciated!!!!!!!!

@PeteIntradiem - Sounds like you may have just accidentally processed an update using the Match Conditions method when you typically use a Key Field!

That would seem logical but with that simple method, choosing Account ID as the key and Always Update Industry, Preview returns 0 records. I'm baffled and really need to figure this out.
