How to merge only Contacts who donated in the last 3 years

I’m trying to set up a Dedupe scenario in DemandTools v5.45.3.0 where I only merge Contacts who have donated in the last 3 years.
My goal:
• Object: Contact
• Criteria: Only include records where the Contact has at least one Closed Won Opportunity in the last 3 years (opportunity is a related record)
• Action: Merge duplicates based on matching rules like email, first name, and last name
The challenge I’m running into:
• I can’t find a way to limit my Dedupe scenario to only those Contacts who donated within that timeframe. How can i fillter out these

Hey @Julie - Salesforce is great at letting us look up at related objects but not very helpful in instances such as this when it comes to running queries on child objects. For that reason, we reccomend using Modify to do a roll up field on the Account object so that you can then use it as a condition in your Record Selection Criteria in Dedupe.Let me know if you have any questions!
