Importing fields with mixed characters

I have a field that contains a mix of chinese and english characters.  Is there a way to import that?

Thanks for reaching out. The Import Module should be able to update the fields on the file by mapping to the appropriate field in Salesforce.

• Map the company names from the file to the primary business organization field in Salesforce.
• Map the fields associated with the mixed characters to the filed to update in Salesforce.
