Hi Everyone,
I have a question regarding the merging of Account Object.
For example, in the 1st account, I have a field called 'Community Interest' that contains the name of a community that a prospect is interested in. Similarly, in the 2nd account, there is a different community name present. Both accounts belong to the same person. With deduplication based on validity, how can I consolidate both sets of values into my master account without losing the other data? I have been told to use the field rule but I don't know how should I proceed with it. Please advise.

Hi @rishabh08 ,
What field type is the Community Interest field? Here's a list:

@AnthonyValidity It's one of our company's custom fields we created to track their neighborhood interest. Since we don't want to lose sight of their interest, I'd like to include their interest from both the winning and nonwinning records when I merge accounts.
