Barracuda Missing % Inbox Tests

Hello, Our Barracuda inbox placement is a 0. And has been consistently at 0. There's never a %. Our other tests come back with %. What is the best way to research and troubleshoot this issue with Barracuda?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. It looks like the issue could be due to some blocking that's happening since the seeds are showing as 100% missing in our system. Are you able to check your bounce logs to see if you are seeing some hard bounces and what the reason is?
