When did this issue start? It appears to be affecting APIs as well.

Hi @ghw, thanks for reaching out! We first started getting reports of this issue around 12:20pm MT/2:20pm ET. It is impacting all Everest and BriteVerify services including API calls. Our engineering team is working with AWS to resolve the issue, and we hope to have an update soon. Thank you for your patience!

@ghw I wanted to let you know that we have heard back from AWS, and they report that all issues have been resolved. All Validity products now appear to be working as expected - if you are still seeing issues, can you please send us a support ticket using the Support menu at the top of the Community page or reply to this comment?
