Hi @droyer, at this time the only way to accomplish something like this would be to create a Scheduled job with the user's Match scenario. They would be able to choose an override file/source file & then specify the export name & append the date and time to the export file. Please let me know if you have any questions surrounding this.
If you would like the ability to automatically do this when running a Match scenario manually, I would highly suggest opening a feature request by following the steps listed here. These requests will go directly to our product team for review & they will determine if this is something that might be added to a future release of DemandTools V.
