When using Custom Scoring with Field Rules on a picklist, if I need to make sure the highest value based on our sort order is retained, do I need to assign a value to each picklist value? Or is there an easier way to do this?
In the example shown below, I started with:
Status = "" -1
Status = New +1
Status = Prospect +2
Status = Contacted +3
If I have 10 total values, due to different options for different record types, then I have to create a condition for each value.

I ran into this too, and couldn't find anotehr way other than listing every single option.

Note, I added Dedupe to the original post question to clarify which module this applied to.

Hi @michael-wtds,
The only way I know how to do this is what you did above. You'll want the most ideal value to win based on a score.
