I have noticed that since one of the recent releases this year, DemandTools has gotten much slower when pulling objects and fields in the scenario builder. It's not every time, but it's frequent enough that I've come to expect it to happen. I don't know exactly which release it was, but I know it started happening earlier this year after one of the updates.
Secondly, I've noticed that I can no longer login to multiple environments within DemandTools. Clicking the "Login to another CRM account" goes through the motions, but the environment never shows in the menu. I'm forced to logout of DemandTools completely and then login and then login to the CRM environment. This is very tedious when trying to use DemandTools in Production as well as sandbox environments. I put in a support ticket, but the resolution was what I just described, to logout and back in to DT.
I have used DemandTools for many years and love the product. These are just a couple of frustrations that have started to annoy me on a day-to-day basis that I'm hoping can be fixed.

@ajdepew I have experienced the same problem with logging into an environement and it appears successful, but the environment doesn't display. I logged a ticket with support, but was unable to replicate the problem for them. You should log a ticket with them so they can see what is happening. If you can record a vide of the issue that would be helpful.
I was able to get it working again by completely log out of DemandTools and then logging back in. Then I was able to add environments again. But wait to do that until you record a vide of the issue.
I also experience the performance issues. I notice that if I leave DemandTools open for extended periods of time it has those issues, so I find that when I experience a problem, I have to close it and then reopen it and it works better.
