What setting in First Name would avoid Jack and John being considered the same?

Right now it is set for [First Name] comparison type FIRST NAME with Fuzzy Matching and AlphaClean checked.

Thanks

Hi @NA! The nicknames considered in the First Name Comparison Type can be reviewed and adjusted by clicking the "broom" icon located at the top of the DemandTools V platform. Once you click that icon, you'll want to switch over to the Nickname tab as shown in the attached photo.

I will note that the list is quite extensive, but it is sorted in alphabetical order so you should be able to quickly scroll to the section that contains these names. Simply delete the row from the list and the First Name Comparison Type should no longer consider those values a match.
