Howdy, all! We're using Everest in conjunction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I thought we had followed the steps to automatically send emails to the Everest seed list when a Marketing Cloud send went to a certain number of recipients, but it hasn't been happening. Is the auto-seeding working for others?
Hoping this community will help me learn how to get more value from the tool and improve our deliverability!

Hi @Maggie ! Great question! I can confirm that the autoseeding function is currently working as expected, which means there may be a set up issue with your specific account. We do have a Help Center article you can review here. Please review the article and ensure the setup is correct, and if you still aren't seeing any autoseeding happen can you please submit a Support ticket? You can do so right from the Community using the "Support" drop down in the upper right hand corner!
