I managed without issue to bulk validate both emails and mobile phones. When I load a very small (5 records) test for the bulk address verification I keep getting a no entries found error? I have the following headers :
ID
Address Line 1
City
State/Province
Postal Code
Country
I have tried multiple headers.. Please advise.

It seems this is a bug.. The workaround is to also validate phone or email. Unfortunately that also means you are using double credits..

Hello again, @Raquel.
Alan Blair, one of our product managers and subject matter expert was having a bit of trouble posting a reply through his account so I am forwarding his message here:
"Thanks for using BriteVerify! From your screenshot it looks like you're importing a CSV file. At this time Mailing Address verification is only possible using either the Bulk or Real-time API. You can review the API documentation here: https://docs.briteverify.com/."
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks,
Manuel
