Ask Me Anything Series
We had our first Ask Me Anything event on March 14 where there was incredible participation from DemandTools users who obtained the AMA Participant Badge. This was an amazing opportunity for our DemandTools users to ask direct questions to our subject-matter experts. All questions were accurately answered by our two AMA Hosts for the day, Aja Sanders, Sr. Manager of Customer Service Managers for Data, and Elliot Hogg, Sr. Product Manager for DemandTools who were on fire that day.
These sessions allow DemandTools Experts and customers to connect, support each other, and provide valuable insight into DemandTools. Participants receive a special edition Ask Me Anything badge.

Hey there! I'm Seth Puglio, a Data CSM here at Validity. As you've hopefully noticed, we have been busy rolling out big improvements in recent months centered around a best-in-class Customer Experience. Between product improvement, the Customer Community, Office Hours and our Circle Of Excellence team, we feel more connected to our clients than ever before.
My journey here to Validity has been less of a straight line and more of a winding road, but I couldn't be happier to see that path bring me here to Validity working with such a great team and product. I spent a lot of time in the world of baseball, believe it or not, working with the Tampa Bay Rays & Washington Nationals. I'll save you a search, I did not play, but I did still manage to miss a World Series Ring by 10 months! A jump over to the banking industry first introduced me to the world of tech, and I've been hooked ever since. I've been at Validity for just over two years and enjoy nothing more than helping our customers achieve their Data goals! When not in the office, you'll typically find me somewhere outside down in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Whether I'm hiking, fishing, running or just kicking back in a shady spot with a good book or a cold beverage, I try to enjoy every minute of the day (we get a lot of opportunities for that down here in the Sunshine State).
