Ask Me Anything Series
Have burning DemandTools questions you want answered by experts? Join us on March 14 at 2 PM for our new Ask Me Anything Online Event! During our first session, users will have special access to DemandTools Product Manager Elliot Hogg and DemandTools CSM Manager Aja Sanders. Learn more about our speakers and the event here!
These sessions allow DemandTools Experts and customers to connect, support each other, and provide valuable insight into DemandTools. The question forum is open, so get your questions in today. Participants will receive a special edition Ask Me Anything badge.
One-Year Celebration!
Can you believe it? The Validity Community is almost one year old—we launched it on March 7, 2023. To celebrate this date, we are planning to award all of our members who have registered before March 7, 2024, with a commemorative Birthday badge.
If you have not already registered, make sure to do so before March 7 to receive the badge. We don’t want to spoil the surprise, so you will have to wait to see what it looks like.

Validity is thrilled to share that DemandTools V now boasts a range of new and exciting features that will empower you to take control of your data like never before. The best aspects of DemandTools 2.91 are now incorporated in the DemandTools V platform. Click below to see one of our CSMs demonstrate some of the exciting new features in action.

As you may already know, we have launched a DemandTools Certification program which includes specialty badges for each of the corresponding modules:
- Fundamentals
- Dedupe
- Import
- Modify
- Tune
- Convert (most recently released)
Four more modules are coming soon, including Delete, Reassign, Match, and Export.
