I am having a hard time determining how to build my use case in the dedupe module or figure out what terms to search to find if this has been asked before.
I am working through account duplicates, and am using a specific field, we'll use Website as an example. I want duplicates to be returned where the Website is an exact match across records, but I only want to see returned matches if one (or both) of the accounts is owned by a specific user. If neither of the duplicates are owned by this specific user, I don't want to see it in my grid.
Is there a way to build this into the record selection criteria, or would this need to be in the winner rules somehow? Basically I'm looking for a way to export and review across a single person's portfolio at a time to knock duplicates out in phases, but am struggling with how to do this within the tool and not having to export and filter/formulate in Excel.

Hey @jazmindensmore - Yes! This is what Filter Match Results was created for...
- When you select this option and add one or more selection conditions, the results grid will only return duplicate groups where at least one of the records matches the criteria.
- For example, you can filter to return all duplicates of an account where at least one record in the duplicate set has an external account number.
- You will still need to apply a Winner Rule to pick the desired record based on the criteria, but there will be fewer matches to evaluate, resulting in a quicker application of the Winner Rule.
