Dedupe Winner Rule When Records Exact Same

I have a scenario where I'm wanting to merge records that are the exact same (all fields match, including created/modified dates) due to an import.  I have a couple thousand records, so I don't want to have to manually select a winner.  However, I can't figure out a winner rule that will automatically select a record.  All the date fields are the same because I set the created/modified dates as part of the import.  

Is there a way to set up a rule where Demand Tools picks the first record for each match pair, since in this scenario, it doesn't matter what record is picked?

@Murphybp79 - If it does not matter, then any winner rule without a score delta will work. A winner rule without a score delta will gurantee a winner everytime even in the event the records tie.
