Field Rules - Combine Field Value

Greetings, 

We are working on moving from DemandTools 2.91 to DemandTools V. In creating our Field Rules we want to use the "Combine Field Value" option. However, it seems that option is a "one or none" sort of field. Is it possible to select certain eligible fields (multi-select picklist or boolean) to combine values? Or once we select the option does it apply to all fields?

Hi @KtFarmer, when editing your Field Rules, you should have the option to select "Combine Field Value" within the dropdown, as long as it's a combinable field (text, boolean, multiselect picklist). The checkbox seen at the top of the list is only used if you'd like to combine all combinable fields within a merge. Once you select Combine Values from the dropdown specific to one field, you will see the checkbox appear for that row only, already set to true. Let me know if you have any other questions!
