After identifying Winner lead record, I need to merge duplicate record based on below criteria: Merge all asociated task record from duplicate lead record having record type on task as 'A' and 'B' and task status would be 'Not Started'
If we get multiple related task records with above criteria then keep only one record for each task from the latest created timestamp.
I could not find a way to configure this. Can anyone please guide.
