Hi Team,
I am writing winner rule to identifying primary LEAD record as below:
Prospect Type = 'ABC'. Keep this as primary record.
and If I get multiple records with same criteria then keep the latest created date record as primary.
Could someone please help me to configure this winning rule?
Thanks,
Swapnil

Correct, as long as the Record Type value is higher than the Most Recently Created value, you should be good to go!

@Swapnil_Dethe - If I am understanding correctly, you are saying you want the record with Prospect Type = ABC as your winning record but in the event multiple records have that type, you then want the most recently created record to win?
In that event, you'll want to list that prospect type and most recently created as your winner rules but be sure to make the point value of most recently created less than prospect type to avoid the most recently created record ever beating out a record with an ABC prospect type for a total score.

Hi @Pugs_Validity,
Are you refering Point value as Score here? which is by default shown as 99. If my understanding is correct you are saying to set it as 99 for record type ='ABC' and for most recently created record as 98.
Please confirm if my understnding is correct. Thank you!
Regards,
Swapnil

@Swapnil_Dethe - Are you saying you want the winning record to have the highest task count but the tasks included in that count should only be type A & B?

@Swapnil_Dethe - You'll need to create a custom field on the record to count the number of tasks in Modify so you can then make a determination off that value with your winning rule in Dedupe. Please reach out to DemandToolsCOE@validity.com if you'd like a full walk through.
