Hi all - what I put into the subject is what's happening to me - I'm trying to find accounts where a particular field is the same - so thought I would dedupe on that field. The thing is when I get to the object to dedupe dropdown - I don't get account option - could that be a permissions issue?
Hi @bhare1357 - Happy New Year! I am sorry that you're unable to select Accounts as the object to Dedupe. As long as you at least have view permissions for the Account object, I would expect that to be visible for selection. Although Match is a great solution to get around this, I would like our support team to investigate this further.

update - I think I found a better module to run - MATCH - but still would love to know why I couldn't find accounts when using the dedupe module - thanks!
